Which personal data is storedWe store personal data as part of our regular contact with customers, and only in connection with enterprises. We store the names, telephone numbers and email addresses of important contact persons from enterprises we currently or hope to conduct business with.

Basis for the processingInformation about names, roles, telephone numbers, and email addresses associated with an enterprise are used in order to comply with procurement agreements and terms and conditions of contracts. This data is processed in accordance with Article 6 (1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The data is used to provide the company, via your role, with relevant general information about the field in which we operate.
Acquisition of personal dataWe store the personal data provided to our employees during the business relationship in connection with direct contact, contracts that have been entered into or regular procurements from our enterprise. Our web pages and systems do not profile personal data, and we do not use cookies.
Disclosure of personal data to third partiesWe will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal data to others, unless we are under a legal obligation to do so.
Deletion of personal dataThe data we have received in connection with contracts and purchases will be stored as long as we have an active customer relationship with the company you are affiliated with. We store the data that is necessary pursuant to the Bookkeeping Act for up to 5 years, in accordance with statutory requirements.
Rights of the party registeredWe process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. We wish to point out that people affiliated with our customers may demand access to their personal data and request that it be moved, and demand rectification or deletion of data. An appeal may be lodged with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority in relation to processing in contravention of the rules.
Information securityWe secure your personal data by means of both physical and virtual access control. Our business does not register sensitive personal data – only contact details associated with business relationships.
